Dismissal occurs at the discretion of the other board members and by majority vote.

Guidelines for Homebuilders general membership: No profession of faith is required for membership, but members should clearly understand that Homebuilders is a Private Christian home school organization. Also, Homebuilders has no connection with government education nor does it receive government subsidies, and thus is not a conduit for information about government funded education programs such as charter schools, ISPs etc. To join Homebuilders, both parents (or legal guardians) must sign the current release form and pay a non-refundable donation, the amount to be determined annually by the board.
